Drive operational excellence across Product via improved workflows and coordination
Partner with PMs, Eng, Design, and GTM to move initiatives
Help manage product cadences, roadmaps, sprint visibility, launches
Build dashboards and documentation to improve visibility into execution
Identify bottlenecks and proactively close gaps
Coordinate internal launches to align timelines and releases

🎯 Requirements

1+ years in Product Operations or similar in fast-paced tech
Strong organizational skills; manage multiple priorities
Exceptional communication across technical and non-technical teams
Comfortable cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Leadership
Strong problem-solving; identify inefficiencies and improve systems
Experience with Jira, Notion, Confluence, Airtable, Productboard
