Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as a key partner to the CPTO, supporting product leadership.
• Maintain PM tools, templates, and processes for initiative concepts and approvals.
• Own product analytics tools (Linear, PostHog); provide setup, support, and training.
• Build scalable systems to aggregate feedback and deliver actionable insights.
• Coordinate feature release Go-To-Market with PMs; ensure training and docs.
• Maintain internal Source of Truth for product docs, demos, vision, and strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Product Operations/PM or related roles in high-growth startups.
• Passion for process and scaling the product organization.
• Excellent attention to detail; can move multiple initiatives forward.
• Proficient with product analytics platforms (PostHog preferred; Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap).
• Power-user of PM tools (Notion, Linear, etc.).
