Product Operations Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-functional product and data lifecycle initiatives.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Support standardized product/data lifecycle from intake to delivery and retirement.
• Facilitate alignment across Product, IT, Data, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to gather requirements and implement.
• Administer Azure DevOps, boards, workflows, and access control.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, product ops, PMO, or data operations.
• Hands-on with work management tools (Azure DevOps, Smartsheet).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in client-facing environments.
• Understanding of pharmacy claims data structures and file layouts.
• Analytics: SQL, Power BI; strong problem-solving and communication.
