Product Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Serve as operational partner within a technical product domain
• Own operational readiness from early access to GA
• Embed launch enablement into the product lifecycle
• Drive feedback loops and translate changes into plans
• Coordinate with Product, Eng, Design, GTM, Support, Legal, Compliance
• Ensure alignment, risk visibility, and customer readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in program management, product operations, business operations, consulting, or a related field
• Experience participating in or managing cross-functional projects and process improvements
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, and operational teams
• Proficiency in defining, interpreting, and communicating key metrics that drive business success
• Experience establishing and maintaining structured operating frameworks, including product launches throughout the lifecycle
• Ability to balance competing priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical material to both internal and customer-facing audiences
• High ownership mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage data with a high degree of accuracy
• Self-motivated with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, Looker, Jira, or similar data and workflow platforms
