- Collaborate with Trading, Operations and Treasury teams, as well as external customers, to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds.
- Reconcile positions and balances for various business operations, including company-issued stablecoin.
- Monitor intraday trading and settlement activity in close partnership with the Ripple Trading and Markets team.
- Understand risks and requirements for different asset types, including cryptocurrencies, to ensure quick responses to market activity and exceptions.
- Record transactions in systems to maintain accurate bookkeeping entries reflecting product and operational activities within Ripple's systems of record.
- Become an expert in finance operational flows by working with key collaborators to detail existing processes.
🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on experience in operations, clearing, or settlement, incl. reconciliation.
- Experience monitoring venues and systems in real-time to uncover and resolve exceptions.
- Willingness to work weekend shifts in a global follow-the-sun model.
- Experience with SQL and crafting queries for daily operations.
- Understanding markets and instruments (cleared, OTC, crypto, derivatives).
