📋 Description

  • Own and scale PMM functions (competitive intel, customer marketing) into repeatable programs.
  • Lead PMM for the Flex Logs SKU; define positioning, messaging, and GTM with PMs.
  • Lead end-to-end launches: positioning, packaging, messaging, enablement, alignment.
  • Build value propositions and messaging frameworks that drive adoption.
  • Develop sales enablement assets (battlecards, decks, demos) from market insights.
  • Partner with Demand Gen to translate product strategy into revenue programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • A proactive, self-starter who takes ownership and drives projects from idea to execution
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement
  • Strong problem solver who identifies gaps and operationalizes scalable programs
  • Experienced in product marketing or go-to-market roles (3–5 years)
  • Passionate about tech; strong grasp of cloud, DevOps, and modern architectures
  • Bonus Points: Observability/log management exp; Datadog familiarity; CS/engineering background
