- Conduct market research to represent customer needs to Commercial, Product and Engineering teams.
- Identify buyer personas, pain points and use cases; recommend features.
- Develop product narrative and messaging for K4B's corporate travel value across personas.
- Lead go-to-market for new features; coordinate positioning, communications, and collateral.
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales and Communications on external positioning and campaigns.
- Create and maintain sales enablement decks, battlecards, case studies, and demos.
π― Requirements
- Experience in product positioning and GTM for B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Personal travel experience offering insight into trip-planning user challenges.
- BS degree or equivalent; Marketing/Business/Communications; MBA a plus.
- Experience in travel and hospitality industry preferred but not required.

- Salary range: $150,000 - 170,000 USD
