  • Design and optimize omnichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Drive activation, engagement, retention, referrals, and cross-sell.
  • Own engagement marketing roadmap; prioritize by impact and data.
  • Lead A/B testing to optimize content, offers, timing, and segmentation.
  • Partner with Product, Analytics, Creative, Marketing Ops, and Legal.
  • Track KPIs and campaign performance; share insights.

  • 5+ years of lifecycle and/or product marketing, ideally in finance/fintech.
  • Hands-on CRM and marketing automation platforms (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong audience segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting.
  • Proven experience with A/B tests, experiments, and iteration roadmaps.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Analytics, Design, Legal, and Ops.
  • Experience with Databricks, Tableau, Amplitude; translate data into recommendations.
