🎯 Requirements

8–10+ years of experience in Product Marketing
Direct experience on earnings, payouts, income, or marketplace products
Deep empathy of modern earners (gig workers, sellers, creators)
Strong strategic thinker able to lead cross-functional work
Experience with APIs, platform products, or B2B2C models
Experience marketing to Spanish-speaking or bilingual audiences
