📋 Description

  • Own GTM strategy for Addi’s consumer lending products to drive adoption.
  • Bridge Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure launches and growth in Colombia.
  • Codify cross-BU launch playbooks and standard messaging across products.
  • Own web messaging and positioning for Addi's site across Marketplace, BNPL, and CF.
  • Define cross-sell narratives and enable front-line teams with messaging and collateral.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing, fintech preferred.
  • 2-3 years in a high-growth B2C fintech.
  • Proven GTM track record from inception to post-launch.
  • Experience developing product positioning via JTBD, personas, segmentation.
  • Hands-on qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, A/B, data analysis).
  • Ability to build a scalable GTM machine and enable customer-facing teams.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex features into a cohesive narrative.
