- Experience leading large cross-functional launches with measurable adoption or revenue impact.
- Comfort working with Product teams in discovery and roadmap conversations.
- Strong commercial mindset; connect product to customer value and monetization.
- Clear, concise communicator with attention to detail and execution.
- High ownership; able to drive multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
