- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Web Personalization.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of web personalization features (weblayers, on-site blocks, experiments).
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data to deliver capabilities.
- Drive cross-channel orchestration across email, SMS, mobile, and web.
- Lead the AI/Agents and LLMs transformation across channels.
- You’ll be a core part of the Engagement product team.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years in web personalization, experimentation, or related tools.
- Deep experience in web personalization platforms, or marketing automation/CDP with web capabilities.
- Bloomreach Engagement or similar tools experience preferred.
- Product management experience is a plus.
- Strong product discovery and ability to translate user needs into requirements.
- Technical fluency: web SDKs, tag managers, APIs; data-driven decisions.
