Product Manager, Web

📋 Description

• Lead daily prioritization, roadmap, and execution for Cantina’s web product.
• Partner with exec team to build AI-first web video editing.
• Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Jira prioritization for a distributed team.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data to iterate the web experience.
• Talk to creators and users to gather feedback for iterative improvements.
• Define and iterate video creation/editing workflows (trim, effects, publishing).

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in product management; 1+ year in video editing/tools; bonus for web editors.
• Experience with Jira, sprint planning, and roadmaps for 9+ engineers.
• Understanding of consumer video workflows (CapCut, Reels, iMovie, TikTok).
• Clear communication of complex concepts.
• Collaborator across engineering, design, data, and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
