Product Manager (User Product)

📋 Description

• Own projects to improve activation, retention, and personalization.
• Drive initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch measurement.
• Identify engagement gaps using qualitative data and behavioral metrics.
• Build onboarding experiences to help new users understand MDCalc's value quickly.
• Define success metrics and instrument activation flows with Data.
• Lead cross-functional execution across active projects, managing scope and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with consumer or professional end-user products.
• Startup experience in 0→1 environments preferred.
• Builder mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and accountability.
• End-to-end ownership from discovery through launch and measurement.
• Data-driven with engagement metrics (retention, activation, return visits).
• Cross-functional with Eng, Design, and Data; healthcare experience a plus.
