• Own product strategy for Trust & Safety: fraud detection, prevention, and remediation.

• Balance fraud mitigation with contributor growth across a global marketplace.
\n
• Lead cross-functional work with Ops, EPD, Finance, and leadership.
\n
• Shift T&S from reactive to proactive, intelligence-driven systems.
\n
• Own roadmap for risk engine, data signals, and anomaly detection.
\n
• Translate fraud patterns into engineering requirements and metrics.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 8–12 years of PM experience in tech.
\n
• 3–4 years leading Trust & Safety, Fraud, or Risk.
\n
• Deep domain expertise in fraud and marketplace abuse.
\n
• Proven ability to balance fraud mitigation with growth.
\n
• Exceptional stakeholder management across Ops, Eng, Finance.
\n
• Bachelor's or advanced degree; strong SQL skills.
\n
