- Ability to interpret message schemas and API design considerations (authentication, permissions, rate limits, resiliency).
- Comfort with SQL, Excel, or scripting to analyze settlement activity and metrics.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, payments operations, banking tech, or financial infrastructure.
- Exposure to cross-border payments, treasury operations, or financial messaging systems.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking with the ability to break down complex payment workflows.
- Understand regulatory and operational requirements applicable to U.S. and international clearing systems and messaging networks.
