- Translate partner needs into clear product requirements; prioritize across assets and chains.
- Ensure regulatory, operational, and accounting requirements across jurisdictions with Legal.
- Define and monitor metrics and use data to drive iteration.
🎯 Requirements
- 6-8+ years Product Management in crypto/fintech/institutional infra.
- Proven track record launching staking/yield for institutional clients.
- Deep understanding of proof-of-stake, validators, liquid staking, and custodians.
- Strong technical acumen in API-driven backend/platform products; partner with engineers.
- Experience with Legal, Compliance, and Risk in regulated financial environments.
- Excellent discovery skills; data-driven decision maker with metrics.
