Product Manager, Security, Trust & Governance

📋 Description

• Own the security product strategy, defining core vs add-on capabilities.
• Define and deliver governance: SSO/SAML, SCIM, RBAC, session management.
• Drive security areas like supply chain, runtime protection, and agent governance.
• Work directly with customers, prospects, and GTM to translate security needs into priorities.
• Partner with Render's Security and Expansion teams to shape the roadmap and outcomes.
• Ensure all security features balance strong protections with a developer-first UX.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management with security, identity, or infra products.
• Think of security as a product domain: strategy, segmentation, monetization.
• IAM concepts: SSO/SAML, SCIM, RBAC, OAuth; familiarity with SOC 2/HIPAA/GDPR.
• Experience in runtime security, supply chain security, or secure AI governance.
• Proven ability to turn cross-functional problems into clear product strategy with outcomes.
• Excellent communication translating security/compliance concepts to developers and product teams.
