🎯 Requirements

6+ years in software with security, trust & safety, or platform integrity leadership.
Familiarity with AI-generated security: code vulnerabilities, prompt injection, unsafe defaults.
Technical fluency; you program and engage with engineers on threat models.
Strong product sense; translate security into good UX; stance on invisible vs visible security.
Preferred: platform security or trust & safety at scale; enterprise security needs.
