Product Manager, Scale

📋 Description

• Own the claims and revenue product surface from eligibility checks through appeals.
• Eliminate leakage across revenue cycle: missed charges, denials, write-offs.
• Translate workflow pain into scalable solutions with RCM operators.
• Collaborate with engineers on payer integrations and credentialing.
• Design patient journey from eligibility to copay clarity and billing.
• Lead end-to-end: write specs, discover, prioritize, and ship with teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of product management experience in complex, data-rich products.
• Track record shipping products that moved revenue, margins, or retention.
• Proficient in SQL and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap) plus BI tools.
• Operational fluency; understands workflows and works with operators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can translate problems for engineers and execs.
• NYC or SF-based; able to join in-office on a hybrid rhythm.
