Product Manager (Remote)

📋 Description

• Own defined features or workflows from discovery through launch and post-launch follow-up.
• Write clear problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success measures, and release notes.
• Partner with engineering and design to evaluate solution options, edge cases, dependencies, and sequencing.
• Use customer feedback, analytics, support signals, implementation feedback, and operational data to refine priorities.
• Prepare launch readiness plans, including support needs, internal communications, training, and risk tracking.
• Monitor adoption, quality, and operational outcomes after launch and drive follow-up improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years in product management or adjacent role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration and follow-through.
• Familiar with Agile product development workflows.
• Experience in SaaS HR technology or benefits administration.
