Own end-to-end product initiatives: identify problems, align stakeholders, drive with Eng/Design.
Collaborate with Licensing Services, Tax, Legal, Finance, and Operations on regulations.
Balance regulatory requirements with operational efficiency and user experience.

🎯 Requirements

EU regulatory frameworks: AML/CTF, KYC, KYB, Payments, Tax, Invoicing/e-Invoicing.
Translate legal/compliance requirements into product solutions.
PM fundamentals: prioritization, stakeholder mgmt, discovery, execution.
Technical/analytical fluency: APIs, data models, audits, reporting workflows.
Financial services infra: KYC, KYB, AML, licensing, invoicing, core banking.
7+ years PM in Fintech/RegTech; strong stakeholder management.
