Product Manager, Public Sector GenAI Test & Evaluation (T&E)

📋 Description

• Own the vision and roadmap for Scale's Public Sector GenAI T&E stack.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Infrastructure, ML Research, and Product.
• Define requirements with commercial and public sector teams.
• Ensure evaluation services are robust for government use cases.
• Identify bottlenecks and turn friction into actionable plans.
• Surface critical performance information to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical PM.
• Experience designing/owning infra to measure AI performance.
• Proven ability to turn vague problems into technical roadmaps.
• Strong ambiguity management; shipped projects in high-pressure settings.
• Led cross-functional work across three engineering orgs (Infra/ML/Product).
• Experience using Linear or similar PM frameworks for weekly reports.
