Product Manager, Pre and Post Experience

📋 Description

• Design, price, and execute pre- and post-voyage services (land extensions).
• Source, price, and contract DMC services; negotiate favorable rates.
• Coordinate with Voyage Product Managers to align programs with at-sea experiences.
• Own Pre & Post Experience guest survey scores; implement improvements.
• Manage internal air arrangements and coordinate with Procurement.
• Lead ground transportation, hotel nights, and hospitality services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in travel program management.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Experience developing sales presentations and marketing strategies.
• Strong negotiation, vendor contracting, and relationship management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
