Own the payments product vision and roadmap for growth and expansion.
End-to-end payments stack ownership: initiation, processing, payouts, and refunds.
Partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, CX, and Ops to deliver scalable capabilities.
Define and track core payments metrics to guide prioritization and impact.
Build a robust financial data foundation, including ledger systems and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of product management experience with payments focus.
Proven ownership of high-volume payments systems; familiarity with Stripe, Braintree, Adyen.
Strong product leadership with cross-functional influence and execution.
Deep understanding of financial data, reconciliation, and reporting.
Data-driven, experimentation mindset; ability to make decisions with imperfect info.
Excellent cross-functional communication with Eng, Design, Finance, Legal, CX-Ops.
