🎯 Requirements

- Required Experience with learning products or behavior-change apps with engagement challenges
- Required Strong UX sense; critique flows; simple, intuitive designs
- Required Demonstrated experience running experiments and data-informed decisions
- Required Proficiency with product analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and engagement platforms (Iterable, Braze)
- Preferred Comfortable with AI-assisted workflows and evaluating AI output
