Collaborate with compliance, legal, and broker-dealer ops in a regulated env.
Partner with engineering to ship at production cadence and maintain docs.
Improve operational efficiency and own surface metrics.
Drive adoption by tracking usage and partner activation.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of PM/engineering/consulting or startup experience in regulated trading.
Depth on at least one trading surface shipped to production scale.
Experience shipping B2B/developer-facing products: SDKs and APIs.
Comfort shipping with compliance, legal, and market-structure teams.
Experience SQL data analysis and BI tooling.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering/finance or equivalent.
