Product Manager, MyPay

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for MyPay, Chime’s EWA product.
• Frame ambiguous, high-stakes problems into clear bets and roadmaps.
• Balance short-term iteration with long-term vision to build trust.
• Act as unofficial GM of the business: pricing, growth, profitability, roadmap.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Data, Marketing, and Engineering on a regulated surface.
• Anticipate regulatory change and translate ambiguity into clear plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of Product Management on consumer-facing, revenue-generating products
• Experience owning pricing, monetization, or P&L-adjacent responsibilities
• Experience operating in regulated FinTech/payments/banking environments
• Track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives with exec stakeholders
• Strong data fluency, including experimentation, metrics, and financial modeling
• Experience owning full-stack product surfaces (backend + user-facing)
