Product Manager - Mission Systems & Payloads

📋 Description

• Define mission systems and payload capabilities across weapons, pylons, stores, and interfaces.
• Translate ops needs into prioritized payload capability increments.
• Maintain payload roadmap aligned with milestones and flight-test objectives.
• Collaborate with ENG/TEST/AUT/Ground to meet milestones and testability.
• Ensure payload capabilities are repeatable, scalable products.
• Align payload definitions with OMS/UCI interfaces and service expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Aerospace, Electrical, Software, or Systems Eng.
• 8+ years delivering mission systems, payloads, or aerospace capabilities.
• Experience defining and coordinating payload- or mission-system product capabilities.
• Strong familiarity with OMS, UCI, ICD-driven development, and service-based architectures.
• Understanding MIL-STD-1760, MIL-STD-1553, UAI, and stores concepts.
• Experience across simulation, integration, and flight-test environments.
