- Own merchant authentication: sign-in, SSO, session, recovery
- Merchant dashboard and payouts: orders, settlements, reporting
- Lead quarterly roadmap and trade-offs across merchant surfaces
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design; cross-functional with Sales/BD
- Remote role; US/Canada merchant scope; aligned to MT hours
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years PM shipping B2B or merchant-facing software in fintech/payments/SaaS
- Strong English; comfortable leading US/Canada stakeholder conversations
- Experience with onboarding, dashboard or self-serve admin products, or payments/payouts
- Familiarity with BNPL, lending, or payments products
- SQL familiarity and ability to read code (not required to ship)
- Proven track record working with Sales and BD as primary commercial partners
