Product Manager - Merchant Experience (Brazil)

📋 Description

• Own merchant-facing surfaces: onboarding, sign-in, dashboard, payouts.
• Partner with Sales/BD to convert momentum into a scalable product.
• Manage merchant sign-up, KYB, underwriting, go-live, activation.
• Own merchant authentication, SSO, sessions, recovery.
• Own merchant dashboard: orders, settlements, reporting, roles.
• Own merchant payouts: scheduling, reconciliation, statements, disputes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years PM experience shipping B2B or merchant-facing software (fintech, marketplace, payments, SaaS).
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable leading conversations with US/Canada stakeholders.
• Experience with onboarding, dashboard or self-serve admin products, or payments and payouts.
• Familiarity with BNPL, lending, or payments products is a strong plus.
• Working comfort with SQL and ability to read code (you don’t need to ship it, but you’ll read it).
• Demonstrated track record of collaborating with Sales and BD as primary commercial partners.
