Own merchant onboarding: sign-up, KYB, underwriting, go-live, activation
Own merchant authentication: sign-in, SSO, sessions, recovery
Own merchant dashboard: orders, settlements, reporting, user and role management
Own merchant payouts: payout scheduling, reconciliation, statements
Merchant-side roadmap: quarterly planning, prioritization, trade-offs
Collaborate with Sales/BD to drive merchant activation

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years PM experience shipping B2B or merchant-facing software
Strong written and spoken English; comfortable with US/Canada stakeholders
Experience with onboarding, dashboard or self-serve products, or payments/payouts
Familiarity with BNPL, lending, or payments products (a strong plus)
SQL proficiency and ability to read code
Proven track record working with Sales/BD as primary commercial partners
