- Operations Research/ML/algorithmic background
- Experience shipping products in deeply technical, analytical domains
- Ability to dive deep into complex technical concepts, but also abstract them for stakeholders
- Maintain an objective, strong POV on what to build for users amidst stakeholders and engineers
- Experience running A/B tests and using statistical techniques to evaluate results
- Experience with data, including querying, aggregation, analysis, and visualization
