Run fast experiments, pilots, and collaborate with Eng, Design, Data, GTM.
Synthesize results into recommendations: Scale, Iterate, or Kill.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in product roles with 0→1 ownership.
Owned multiple high-risk bets with explicit go/kill decisions.
Learning speed mattered more than polish.
Comfort operating with real downside risk (time, opportunity cost, credibility).
Founder or co-founder experience is a plus.
Experience in early-stage startups or internal Labs/innovation teams.
