Product Manager, International Growth

📋 Description

• Own the international growth vision and roadmap across markets.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities to unlock growth and fix UX gaps.
• Champion hub-and-spoke model; prioritize international needs.
• Own country scorecards including acquisition, activation, retention, monetization.
• Design and run experiments across funnels with Data Science/UXR.
• Turn regional insights into scalable, productized playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management, including Growth PM or similar role.
• Proven track record driving growth in a high-velocity product or marketplace.
• Experience scaling international (non-US) markets; adapt to local rules.
• Strong data and experimentation skills: metrics, analytics, experiments.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership with Eng, Design, Data Science, UXR, BizOps.
• High empathy for international users; build locally resonant experiences.
• PM in a marketplace or multi-sided platform preferred but not required.
