🎯 Requirements
- Tax domain expertise: US brokerage tax reporting incl. 1099/ cost basis.
- PM/TPM experience in fintech/brokerage; roadmaps and backlogs.
- Vendor management: manage tax tech vendors and SLAs.
- Cross-functional leadership across Eng, Ops, Compliance, Legal.
- Technical fluency with data systems and IRS file formats (FIRE, IRS schemas).
