Experience in Product Management or technical operations in FinTech/brokerage/payments.
Strong prioritization and ability to influence senior stakeholders with data.
Automation obsessed; apply workflow automation and AI trends pragmatically.
Operational knowledge of brokerage ops, settlements, risk, and compliance.
Experience with broker-dealer platforms or trading infrastructure.
Technical fluency: data, system boundaries, and process mapping.
