Product Manager (Integrated Care)

📋 Description

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Senior Living products.
• Define product value and responsibilities; become the product expert.
• Voice of the customer to a scrum team including engineering and UX.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and clinical teams.
• Manage products through full lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or healthcare.
• 3+ years in product management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage products and drive innovation.
• Nice to have: Large Data foundations and Census experience (PHI aware).
