Product Manager II - Reporting & Analytics

📋 Description

• Partner with clinical, operations, and product teams to identify data initiatives.
• Define a roadmap to improve analytics UX and data consumption.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Engineers, and Data Scientists to execute the data roadmap.
• Use testing, user research, and market analysis to iterate on features.
• Create PRDs detailing business case, value, trade-offs, and user stories.
• Drive features from development to launch in agile Scrum ceremonies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative, technical, or business field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years as a Product Manager in a high-growth company, data/healthcare ideal or analytics/product experience.
• Proven track record delivering features on time using Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to clean, visualize, and present data.
• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL/ELT, data lineage, and storage architectures.
• Ability to read and write SQL.
