📋 Description

  • Understand how dev, ops, and security teams manage on-call, alerts, and pages under pressure.
  • Own end-to-end product management for Datadog On-Call.
  • Ship features to route alerts intelligently and deliver instantly across channels.
  • Drive growth and reliability of the Datadog On-Call product.
  • Collaborate with Design and Eng to define priorities and roadmaps for paging and escalation.
  • Partner with Sales/AM/Marketing/Solutions to win customers and migrate from legacy paging tools.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experienced Product Manager, ideally in SaaS.
  • Customer-focused with high quality standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; able to defend ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of the day-to-day life of engineers who hold a pager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or Engineering or equivalent.
