π― Requirements
- Experience building and launching search products end-to-end; relevance, ranking, and discovery UX.
- Strong design sensibility and partnership with design to ship polished experiences.
- Track record of shipping consumer-facing products with measurable impact on engagement, conversion, or growth.
- Comfort with funnel analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to execute on technical product builds, particularly in search/discovery infrastructure.
- 4-6 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer apps, search, e-commerce, or marketplace.
