Product Manager II

📋 Description

• Own a product area and define long-term strategy for staking protocol integrations and infrastructure.
• Develop products and services for internal and external developer audiences.
• Manage adding multiple assets, including network launches and staking support across Consumer and Insto.
• Own product management of public-facing developer tools and communities for Staking Platform.
• Research new crypto tech and build relationships with key community members.
• Drive adoption of staking features, working with partners on product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or similar capacity.
• Familiar with crypto: DeFi, protocol tech, dev tools.
• Passion for open financial system.
• Excellent communicator with contributors and executives.
• Aptitude for learning quickly on new domains.
• Execution-focused, able to deliver results amid ambiguity.
• Nice-to-have: crypto-native project experience.
• Nice-to-have: on-chain activity experience (staking/ENS).
