Product Manager I - Institutional Staking

📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap for staking features for institutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable staking.
• Engage institutional clients to gather feedback and ensure security and usability.
• Define and manage metrics to guide prioritization and measure success.
• Align teams to a shared vision and communicate plans to partners and executives.
• In-person participation is required; offsites occur several times annually.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of product management in enterprise or B2B crypto products.
• Proven track record shipping and iterating on products at scale.
• Understanding of staking mechanisms and blockchain protocols.
• Strong client orientation; solve institutional pain points.
• Excellent communication, relationship mgmt, and organizational skills; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Nice to have: staking custody experience; familiarity with staking regulations; Ethereum/Solana exposure.
