🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years product management on Growth team at a consumer tech company.
• 0-to-1 entrepreneurial mindset; ready to do the job manually before automation.
• Deep 1-to-N systems thinking.
• Direct experience in growth, notifications, or engagement with scalable systems.
• Strong analytical ability; partner with Data Science for measurement and A/B testing.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership; crypto interest a plus.
