Own a core Axon capability: Card Management, Transaction Experience, or Risk Controls.
Create and manage the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for your product areas.
Set ambitious goals, simplify complexity, and bias for action.
Collaborate with UX design for research, design reviews, and customer journeys.
Collaborate with engineering and PM during design and project planning.
Define, track and report KPIs relevant to your product areas.
Coordinate with platform product, engineering, and operations to plan dependencies.
Work with sales, BD, and product marketing to execute go-to-market plans.

🎯 Requirements

Cloud-native mobile/web products with UX/UI patterns.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Entrepreneurial, first-principles thinker.
Engineering/technical background to reason about product trade-offs.
2-4 years in product management shipping B2C or SaaS.
FinTech/Payments/Banking experience preferred.
