📋 Description

  • Using customer feedback, usage data, and metrics to guide prioritisation and continuous improvement
  • Defining and owning the vision and roadmap for Janes’ core platforms and customer channels
  • Leading discovery and prioritisation to support multi-product platforms at scale
  • Ensuring customer-facing channels deliver a consistent, reliable experience
  • Partnering with Engineering to translate strategy into actionable requirements and delivery plans
  • Establishing product standards, governance, and ways of working for platforms and channels

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Product Management across online and offline channels
  • Strategy and roadmaps for multi-team environments
  • Platform product management with scalability and internal needs
  • Experience migrating customers off technical debt and retiring platforms
  • Writing user stories and collaborating with Engineering to implement
  • Strong stakeholder management at senior/executive level
