Product Manager - Ground Segment

📋 Description

• Ground segment product definition and strategy
• Operator workflows for mission planning and operations
• Integration interfaces between ground and airborne systems
• Mission data lifecycle and evidence support
• Simulation, HITL, and flight enablement
• Cross-domain data workflows and security constraints

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Aerospace, Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years delivering mission systems, ground software, or data platforms.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex, operator-facing capabilities.
• Strong familiarity with OMS, UCI, ICD-driven development.
• Understanding of mission data pipelines, timing, logging, playback.
• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
