- Cross-functional leadership across Ops, Supply Chain, CX, Finance, Eng.
- Pay Range: $175,000 - $200,000 USD.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-7+ years total experience; 2+ years in product management.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning tools and stakeholders.
- APIs, event-driven systems, integrations, data contracts, observability.
- Strong analytical mindset; define metrics, diagnose issues, data-driven prioritization.
- Excellent communicator across exec, business, Eng, and ops audiences.
- Preferred: experience building operational software for supply chain/logistics.
- Preferred: knowledge of WMS workflows: receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, shipping.
