Product Manager, Enterprise Systems

📋 Description

• Own and evolve enterprise systems focusing on Acumatica ERP; partner with stakeholders.
• Define and manage the enterprise systems roadmap; drive enhancements, integrations, and governance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enable automation, analytics, and AI-enabled decision making.
• Manage external vendors/partners; oversee delivery, testing, upgrade cycles, and change management.
• Build reporting and KPI visibility; translate needs into scalable solutions and plans.
• Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability; align with operational standards.

🎯 Requirements

• BA in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise systems, ERP platforms, or business applications.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of business process workflows across finance, operations, inventory, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, or managed service providers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver technical solutions.
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, reporting tools, and workflow automation platforms.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Product Management certifications are a plus.
