🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in product management/strategy.
- Deep Web3/Crypto knowledge, esp. exchange products and VIP incentives.
- Experience in CEXs, brokerages, or high-net-worth products.
- Strong cross-team communication, coordination, and user insights.
- Data analysis skills and data-driven decision making.
- English and Chinese fluency; multi-market collaboration a plus.
